The first tree that you're going to want to avoid is a Bradford pear tree. Apparently this tree is an invasive species. The reason for that is that it grows to a large size and it releases Millions a little seeds that will plant themselves all over the place and choke out other life. I would go as far to say that if you currently have a Bradford pear growing on your property go ahead and cut it down and get rid of it because it will invade all the other land around it. while they are pretty trees they kill off lots of other tree life at a very rapid pace. so do yourself and the rest of us a favor and just go ahead and get rid of it.

The second Tree on our list is called a Chinese flame tree. This is another invasive species. If you have one of these grown in your yard or on your property all you have to do is wait about 5 years and you will have a gigantic mess of Chinese Flame Trees. The scientific name for this tree is Bougainvillea Goldenrain Tree.

The next tree you want to be aware of if you value your property, which most people do, is the mimosa tree. This tree has a host of problems including but not limited to Insects love it, it gets disease easily, The Roots grow wild, and it doesn't live very long.  one other thing to know is that it's not a very good-looking tree. So simply stay far away from that one.

There's another tree we covered in an earlier blog. the mulberry tree. If you're like most people in Indiana, Or in Evansville you have seen or have had one of these in your yard. you have probably eaten the fruit from the mulberry tree. This is another tree the insects love.  the roots are very sporadic and will grow into concrete pipes or other underground objects and tear it up. Also the tree produces a very large amount of pollen which many people are allergic to.

The next three on our list is called a silver maple. You have probably seen these trees around because they grow everywhere from the bottom of the country in America all the way to up in Canada.  They aren't bad looking trees and they also grow quickly which means you get shade pretty quick out of them. while the top grows fast The Roots also grow fast so fast in fact that it will tear up your concrete sewage lines or pipes, basically anything you have near them.  They also drop thousands of new seeds every year. Even if you plant this tree where it won't damage anything else the problem becomes with all the seeds of drops. Eventually one of those seeds is going somewhere where it shouldn't be. Then that little seed is going to grow into a tree if not cut down immediately then you'll have damage on your hands. It's just better not to plant this tree in your yard.

We hope you have enjoyed this article on the worst trees to have on your property. Please remove the trees on this list if you have them on your property. this way they don't become a threat. If you are a  property owner leave us a comment on the many problems these trees have caused so other people can see what kind of damage they've done.

I was told the tree that is in my yard is an invasive species. I am very familiar with botany and do not recognize it. It has leaves that would make one think of walnut or pecan (Pinnate Leaves) - I realize this is not even a real hint but I'm thinking you will know immediately.
