A Night Away In Evansville

Myself, the wife and our 3 kids recently stayed in the Drury Inn of Evansville.  It was a Saturday night. I just wanted to do a quick block to let people know how nice a night away from home can be. It breaks the monotony of the busy hustle and bustle of life. It gave us a quick recharge and kind of felt like a little vacation. We let the kids swim in the inside pool. 

The pool was definitely OK size but there were many people staying at this hotel on Saturday night.  They also have a larger than normal hot tub pool.  Even though the place was packed we still managed to relax in the water and thoroughly and enjoy ourselves. 

I think the reason it is so relaxing to get away for a night is because you don't have to worry about the place getting messy. You don't have to worry about doing the laundry, or washing the dishes.  All you have to do is have fun with your family and relax. You can let loose a little bit. So, Evansville, go out get a hotel with your kids and have a fun filled night relaxing and not worrying about the stress of the week ahead.
